Introduction

Vortex 2500 multi-tube vortex mixer is a highly flexible, multi-functional homogenizer. Users can exchange various foam tube rack themselves. The maximum number of tubes acceptable by Vortex 2500 is 50 pcs (Diameter Φ10mm, Φ12mm, Φ13mm, Φ16mm), and the current maximum acceptable size of tube is Φ29mm tube. Vortex 2500 is a proper solution for commercial laboratories or busy laboratories as a powerful mixing tool.

The mechanical design of Vortex 2500 is very intuitive and simple, so that the different models of foam tube rack can be fixed tightly onto the upper and lower trays quickly. In the end of the homogenization of the samples, users can quickly replace the next rack and start the next mixing job. Compared to other single tray design, Vortex 2500 allows user to load a larger capacity of samples, and more stable in the shaking motion.

In addition to setting the mixing time between 1 second and 9999 minutes (Note 1), Vortex 2500 allows the user to perform a single infinite time, and short operation without complex operations time settings (Note 2).

Note 1: The mixing time can be set in two segments. The first segment is the period of seconds, can be set from 1 second to 99 minutes and 59 seconds. The second mixing period can be from 100 minutes to 9999 minutes (almost one week), after the time increase setting is over 99:59.

Note 2: Long press the start switch button to start the mixing, after release the switch, it stops immediately.

Removable tray holder allows standard 12mm foam tubes, or optional variety of foam tube rack matching various tubes.
