EC1200N 16 Step Gradient Control Hotplate
Max. 300℃ 16-Step Temp. Control
Introduction
EC1200N hotplate has 16 stages temperature gradient capability. By the PID temperature microcontroller control, the heating time and the target temperature can be precisely controlled. User can define the raising time, holding time, and the target temperature before machine operating.
EC1200N hotplate adopts semiconductor SSR instead of mechanical relay. In addition to temperature control sensitive and more durable, it is also safer to use.
Example
In the following example, from the beginning, the temperature rises to 100 degrees (STEP1) in 50 minutes, and then after 30 minutes of holding the temperature (STEP2), it takes 1 hour and 40 minutes to increase the temperature to 300 degrees (STEP3). After heating the sample for 1 hour and 40 minutes at a temperature of 300 degrees (STEP4), turn off the heater (STEP5)
(Note: The logic of the PID controller takes time as the major consideration. If the temperature in the first stage had not reached the target, but the time was up, the thermostat will still jump to the target temperature in the second stage.)
