DP Series Dip Coater gives you the tools to coat high quality films at an affordable price. DP Series dip coater uses a high precision stage and motor to consistently produce and reproduce high quality films with ease. Designed by experienced material scientists, the DP Dip Coater improves workflow in the lab with a quick-release clamp and magnetic ruler attachment.
DP-BE is a standard DIP Coater featuring a compact and space-efficient design, making it suitable for operation even inside a glove box. It is equipped with a 4.3-inch touchscreen interface that allows users to set key coating parameters, including dipping/withdrawal speed, coating travel distance, coating time, interval time between repeated coatings, and the number of coating cycles. These parameters can be saved and recalled for repeated use, with storage capacity for up to 100 coating programs.
DP-BE operates smoothly at both high and low speeds. During coating, the liquid surface remains stable and free of vibration, ensuring uniform, streak-free films. In addition, the DP-BE features a manual vertical height adjustment function, allowing convenient positioning of the dipping location.
DP-BE-H is a Dip Coater with heating capability. It offers the same functionality as the standard DP-BE model, with additional capability of temperature control up to 120 °C.
DP-BD-L is a long-travel Dip Coater. Its cantilever movement range is significantly extended, enabling dip coating of elongated rod-shaped materials or optical fibers.
DP-DR is a rotary Dip Coater designed for automatic switching between different coating solutions. It features a larger 7-inch touchscreen and an integrated rotary carousel with six coating positions, accommodating six standard 300 ml beakers. The carousel position can be directly programmed to rotate sequentially (e.g., 1–2–3–4–5–6) or in customized mixed orders (e.g., 1–2–5–6–3–4).
A single coating process can utilize up to six different solutions to fabricate multilayer thin films. All parameters—including substrate immersion conditions and interval times between different coating layers—are fully automated and controlled by the coating program.
