GDANA DS-72A full automated acid digestion for metal analysis in waste water and soil. Designed specifically for Metal and Mercury digestions and ideal for EPA and other Laboratory Methods. This range significantly improves the safety involved in hazardous processes and significantly reduces the time involved in sample preparation.

Features

Full Automated Batch Digestion 

- Automatic acid insertion, digestion, constant volume. Programmable digestion process, unlimited saves and restore, ensures the consistency in each experiment 

- 72 samples batch digestion, and can be divided into two groups of 36 samples, each group accepts independent temperature control 

- Digestion rack motor lifting, automatic sample lifting and shaking

Intelligent Heating & Process Monitoring

- High-purity graphite surrounding heat design, high efficiency with good consistency

- Programmable heating with 10 step settings, for temperature gradient 

- Advanced PID temperature control system with visual monitor design, the entire digestion process and parameters can be monitored by the application software (e.g. Digestion time, hold time, the current process temperature and step heating procedure) 

- Intelligent temperature control and motorized lifting system. The tubes are raised up while acid to avoid bumping occurs. The heater will be automatically turned off and lift the sample tubes up after digestion is completed.

- Optional internal or external temperature measurement. Built-in temperature probe read the real sample for temperature control 

Automatic Reagent & Constant Volume Function 

- Automatic 6-channel reagent for agents or acids 

- Precision peristaltic pump, precise control the reagent

- Auto calculation of the volume of reagents, and fill the agent to the specific volume 

- Equipped with ultrasonic liquid level sensor, with high accuracy (<1%) 

Bluetooth Remote Control & Forced Exhaust Cabinets 

- Wireless Bluetooth for the control within 100M, away from harmful gases, and heat, improve your working quality 

- Cabinet housing, to avoid any splash or accident during the heating prices

- Built-in exhaust fan, vents the harmful gases to outdoors or air cleaner
