Infrared, referred to as IR,  also commonly known as infrared light, which is an electromagnetic wave, and the wavelengths between microwave and visible light. It is in the range of 760 nm to 1 mm.
An infrared light source, is invisible, except for the use of the light sources of infrared spectroscopy, the infrared light sources are commonly used in heating, physical therapy, night vision, communications, navigation, and other plant cultivation and livestock breeding.
