RGA Pro是一套單獨的工作系統，可與PCTPro或其他氣體吸附設備聯用，並即時分析殘餘氣體組成。
儀器內部配置測量範圍 100-300 amu 的四極桿質量分析器，結合高性能分子渦輪泵及特別設計的進樣控制台，測量解析度優於 1 amu 。質譜儀的操作，可透過控制軟體執行各種掃描與數據採集動作，並可以最後與標準參考資料庫的質譜進行比對。
RGAPro 可在 PCTPro 壓力工作範圍（真空至 200bar）操作對氣體吸附反應，吸附過程的逸出氣體分析。
