NMReady-60Pro Dual Channel NMR

Dual Channel 60MHz 1.4T NMR

Stock Status: In Stock

Introduction

NMReady™ 60 Pro is an advanced NMR spectrometer that is specifically designed for industry customers with market-leading compact size and weight; advanced features and multi-nuclear support; and excellent return on investment. The instrument operates at 60MHz (1.4T) and provides a resolution of 1Hz and a sensitivity of 100:1 SNR (single scan, 1% ethylbenzene).

The NMReady™ 60 Pro can be adjusted to obtain spectra for many traditional spin active nuclei, thereby improving its use for defining a wide range of both synthetic and natural products.

The instrument's supported nuclei are: 1H, 7Li, 11B, 13C, 19F and 31P (dual mode).

The spectrometer allows access to the pulse programming interface, allowing users to customize their own experiments or load or customize pre-existing experiment from a series of 1-D, relaxation, homo-and hetero-nuclear 2-D templates. This includes T1, T2, COSY, Nutation, DEPT, HETCOR, HSQC, signal suppression, and decoupling.

Compact, Portable and Energy-Efficient

The NMReady™ 60 Pro is a multi-purpose benchtop NMR spectrometer that is lightweight, easy-to-site and has a compact footprint, making it easy to use anywhere, anyplace. The spectrometer can be plugged into standard power outlets and consumes minimum amount of energy. When not in use, it can be set to a power-saver mode.

The NMReady™ 60 Pro can be used with standard 5mm NMR tubes and standard NMR sample volumes. In addition, the permanent magnet eliminates the need for cryogens and weekly servicing. Five Gauss lines are also contained in the enclosure.

Quick and Easy-to-Use

The next-generation NMReady™ 60 Pro enhances workflow and thus increases research productivity. The sophisticated on-board software is customized for simple data acquisition and analysis.

Many pre-existing experiments are outlined with typical parameters that can be modified as required. It is possible to save and load standard NMR experiments and data collection on demand to simplify data collection and analysis.

Simple Reaction Monitoring

The onboard user interface helps in acquiring single spectrum or multi-spectral data in a rapid way. Reaction monitoring, kinetics experiments, and speciation plots are made easy with simple manual integration cuts and plotting functions.

In addition, multiple connectivity options are available to export data that can later be printed and processed as required. Secure and accessible data is ensured through Wi-Fi, USB, Ethernet, secure login, and individual user profiles.

Configure, Acquire and Analyze

Preferred experiments can be selected and acquisition parameters can be altered from pop-up menus. After configuration is over, data can be obtained by simply selecting "GO".

Once data is acquired, the initial scan is displayed which is updated every additional four scans. Additionally, advanced on-board data processing makes it quite easy to process and study 1-D, 2-D, and multi-spectral data. This spectral data is saved as standard .jdx files and can be used with a range of third party software tools.

Applications

Research and development

In the R&D development process, the higher resolution, large-scale floor type NMR typically need a larger laboratory, and the R&D engineer need to walk back and forth between the NMR laboratory and seat, which is a time consuming process. NMReady 60e can be easier to set up in a general laboratory where is closer to the seat. And it's easier to proceed those dynamic analysis and observe the changes in results, by different parameters. It is able to improve research and development efficiency, and shorten R&D processes. In addition, the price for the initial laboratory setting up, is more affordable for the new company.

Production quality control

For the general chemical raw materials, chemical agents, APIs, in receiving inspection (IQC), product quality control, inventory quality control, these kind of relatively simple, highly repetitive analytical requirements, NMReady is the best solution of the relevant chemical industry, and the pharmaceutical industry. Compared to other NMR spectrometer, NMReady 60e can provide a more reproducible results, and easier sample preparation process. In addition to higher efficiency, it provides more accurate measurement results.

Education

Educational curricula trends are shifting towards hands-on, guided-inquiry approaches that help students learning meaningfully. As chemistry laboratories provide the perfect opportunity for students to supplement cognitive learning with psychomotor skills, an increasing number of analytical characterization techniques have been incorporated into procedures (e.g., UV-Vis, IR). Even though NMR is the most commonly used characterization technique in inorganic and organic chemistry, it is usually the least available to undergraduate students.
